The Slidell City Council will hold a redistricting workshop at 5:30 p.m. on November 29, 2021 at the Slidell City Council Chambers, 2045 Second Street, Suite 319, Slidell, Louisiana 70458. The purpose of the meeting is to review one or more election district plans following the 2020 census counts and discuss any further options to redistrict the boundaries to rebalance the district populations.
The meeting is open to the public and will be for informational and discussion purposes only. No votes will be taken.
Accommodations will be made for persons with disabilities and non-English speaking individuals provided that three-day notice of received by the Council Administrator. The Council Office phone number is 985-646-4307.

Join friends and family from the Slidell community for the 20th annual concert in Heritage Park. Bring your lawn chairs, food, and refreshments and enjoy a relaxing evening of music along the bayou. The concert starts at 6:00 and is free!
On site catering will be available for a nominal charge. Please note that park regulations prohibit pets in the park as well as the use of skateboards, scooters, barbecue grills and glass items.
