The Office of the City Attorney serves as the chief legal advisor to the Mayor, City Council, and all departments, offices, and agencies of the City of Slidell. The City Attorney represents the City in legal matters other than criminal cases and is responsible for managing legal actions against the City, as well as evaluating the City’s legal liability in connection with claims.
The Office of the City Attorney supports the City’s operations by providing legal guidance on municipal matters, reviewing claims, and helping ensure that City actions are handled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
