TRAFFIC ALERT: Section of W. Hall Ave. Closed For Emergency Water Main Repairs

W. Hall Avenue remains closed between St. Tammany Avenue and St. Scholastica Drive as City crews continue repairs on the 12-inch water main break.

Crews have located the leak and are working hard to make repairs. This is a significant repair, and the work could take several more hours or longer to complete. Our crews will remain on site until the repair is finished and water service is restored.

A boil water advisory will be issued for affected areas once repairs are complete. We are still assessing the impacted area, and a list of affected addresses will be released and residents notified as soon as that information is available.
