City Offices Closed Dec. 24-26 and Dec. 31-Jan. 2 For Holidays

Mayor Randy Fandal and the members of the Slidell City Council wish everyone a joyous holiday season. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from the City of Slidell!
In observation of the Christmas and New Year holidays, city offices will be closed on:
  • Wednesday, Dec. 24, 2025
  • Thursday, Dec. 25, 2025
  • Friday, Dec. 26, 2025
  • Wednesday, Dec. 31, 2025
  • Thursday, Jan. 1, 2026
  • Friday, Jan. 2, 2026

The lights and decorations at Christmas Under the Stars at Heritage Park will be on each night through Sunday. Jan. 4, 2026. Admission is free.

The Slidell Museum will have special holiday hours from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 27, 2025, and Saturday, Jan. 3, 2026. Admission is free.

Essential personnel will remain on duty. If Slidell residents experience problems with their water or sewer service, they should call the City Services 24-hour emergency hotline at (985) 643-6140.
