Your first step for utility service is with the City of Slidell. We need one working day notice. The service fee is $60.00. Copy of picture ID is also required. Your permit is then faxed to Cleco or LA Gas in order to establish service with them.

Please note that when you are asked to enter your “Account Number or User ID”, you should enter your Customer Number found in the upper left-hand corner of your utility bill. Returning users will use the password you have assigned.

Applications are available at the City of Slidell Finance Building, 2045 Second Street, Slidell, LA 70458. For your convenience, you may print out the appropriate application (below) for either commercial or residential and submit by mail or in person. Please remember to include a copy of your photo identification, and your service fee.
