Olde Towne Preservation District
Slidell’s Olde Towne Preservation District preserves and protects the history and heritage of the city by stabilizing and improving property values in Olde Towne Slidell. Any new construction, additions, exterior alterations, relocations, or demolitions in Olde Towne are subject to a set of adopted standards and must have an approved Certificate of Appropriateness. Some may be approved administratively and others by the Olde Towne Preservation District Commission (OTPDC).
