Slidell upgrades water billing software for online payments
The City of Slidell has upgraded to a new and more convenient billing software allowing you to pay your water bill online, set up autopay and avoiding online convenience fees, and paying with a credit or debit card in the water department. You can still pay with a check through the mail or use the water bill drop box located at City Hall. ย

Please note that when you are asked to enter your โCustomer Numberโ and โAccount Numberโ, you can find both of these on the top left-hand corner of your utility bill. You can choose to create an account with an email address to access more features like reminders, autopay, view bills, and more.
